SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 24 – Germantom sued Epoch
Media Group, publisher of the
Epoch Times, for disputes
about its work on Epoch's
attempt to achieve more
independence from the
advertising revenue of Google
by operating international
online
shops.
On October 22 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Alvin K. Hellerstein held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Germantom
had been allowed to amend its
complaint, to include emails
and "Update on Mr. Tang."
The case is
Germantom International GmbH
v. Epoch Media Group, LLC,
19-cv-10306
(Hellerstein)
