SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 13 – NSI International
sued Horizon Group for copying
its line of
Smithsonian-branded science
kits.
On January
13, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge John G. Koeltl held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Horizon
had filed a motion to dismiss,
but Judge Koeltl denied it as
moot.
He granted NSI
another chance to amend its
complaint, until January 29,
with motions due after that on
February 12.
The case is NSI
International, Inc. v. Horizon
Group USA, Inc., 20-cv-8389
(Koeltl)
