SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 16 – Mario Espinal was
charged with agreeing to
transport five kilos of
cocaine from Connecticut to
New
York.
On May 14,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge William H. Pauley III
held a change of plea
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
Complaint describes a truck
through Manhattan and The
Bronx, then Westchester to
Darien, Connecticut.
There was a car,
with $115,000 in a plastic
bag.
Judge
Pauley asked the plea.
Sentencing is set for
September 17.
The case is US v.
Colon-Cruz et al., 19-cr-911
