SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 2 – Boris Teichmann sued
the NYC Employees' Retirement
System for denying his
disability
pension.
On February 2, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lorna G. Schofield held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The City's
lawyer told Judge Schofield
how Teichmann had threatened
to complain he was being
discriminated against based on
disability, when the City
offered service of paper only
by regular mail or some
internal email
platform.
Teichmann,
speaking for himself, describe
him self as ready to proceed.
The case is
Teichmann v. New York City
Employees' Retirement System,
21-cv-5082 (Schofield)
