SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 26 – Barbaro Bonilla is
charged as part of a narcotics
conspiracy.
On
August 26 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Sidney H. Stein
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge Stein
expressed frustration as doing
three separate virtual
proceedings in this
multi-defendant case,
including problems with muted
audio.
He said the next
conference, on October 14 at
9:30 am, should be in person -
except for Bonilla, headed up
to Plattsburgh, New York.
The overall case
is US v. Young, 21-cr-486
