Jan 7 – Edward Navedo
was charged with selling
fentanyl.
On January 11, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Analisa Torres held a charge
of plea proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Navedo
pleaded guilty, with a plea
deal with a sentencing range
starting at 210 months.
During the
proceeding, Judge Torres noted
a loud noise outside the jail
room from which Navedo
appeared, and asked him to
tell the guards to be more
quiet. He said, They don't
care.
