Keurig Gets Redactions To
Email Filed By TreeHouse In Case Before SDNY

SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 28 – In a multi-district
antitrust case dating back to
2014, Treehouse Foods, Inc.
disclosed an email concerning
its discussions with Keurig.
On May 28 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Magistrate Judge
Sarah L. Cave held a
conference about it; Inner
City Press covered it.
Now the
email and filings about it
have all been redacted, for
example a sentence beginning
"Contrary to TreeHouse's
suggestion that the e-mail
simply reports facts about a
conversation with Keurig, the
e-mail [THREE LINES REDACTED]
ECF No. 970-2.
Whole filings have now been
made available only to "select
parties." This is, of course,
ostensibly a public interest
case, or a case impacting on
the public.
Was any notice to
the public given?
Inner City
