SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 22 – Jose Martinez is
charged with conspiring to rob
commercial establishments in
New York: Hobbs Act
robbery.
On
October 22 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge John P. Cronan
held an arraignment. Inner
City Press covered it.
One of the
targeted commercial
establishments was on East
Broadway, not far from the
SDNY courthouse. Left behind
was a cap with a Brooklyn Nets
logo on the front. Martinez is
out on bail.
Judge
Cronan set the next conference
for the week of December 14,
as his courtroom deputy said
solid dates could not be
selected for CourtCall
proceedings.
