June 16 – Kaia Anderson sued
Experian in 2019, and on June
16 U.S. District for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Debra C.
Freeman held a proceeding.
Inner City Press
covered it. But Ms. Anderson
did not show up.
Judge Freeman
after ten minutes allowed the
lawyer for Experian to leave,
but said she would call back
in.
She said pro se
litigants should be given, as
they would for in-court
proceedings, be give 20
minutes.
The case is
Anderson v. Experian,
19-cv-8833 (Carter /
