SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 19 – Sulee Son has had
shoulder surgery since being
hit by another vehicle, owned
by MYR Equipment, on NYC's
Alexander Hamilton Bridge on
August 6, 2020.
On February
12, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Louis L. Stanton
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge Stanton was
practical. He asked, Is there
a police report? Yes. He
asked, How much do you think
this case is worth - and
gently followed up with, I
don't think I heard a
number.
Discovery
is due June 14 with a final
pre-trial conference set for
July 9.
The case is Son
v. Price et al., 20-cv-9034
(Stanton)
