SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 17 – Terri Jablonski was
working as a paralegal for or
through Special Counsel, Inc.
when, she says, things stopped
due to age discrimination. She
sued in New York State court;
Special Counsel Inc. removed
it to Federal court.
On
September 17 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Ona T. Wang
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered
it.
Jablonski was
given a chance to filed a
fourth amended complaint by
October 20. She asked about
beginning discovery but Judge
Wang told her a fourth
amendment was not the best way
to get into discovery and
there would be done until the
amended.
About Special
Counsel being given a full
month to respond, Jablonsky
said it should be less time.
Judge Wang disagreed.
The case is
Jablonski v. Special Counsel,
Inc., 16-cv-5243 (Carter /
Wang)
