SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 13 – Vachon Combs is
charged with making a deal for
50 kilos of
cocaine.
On December
14, 2020 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Valerie E.
Caproni held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered it.
Judge
Caproni ordered that all
discovery, other than material
obtained from the electronic
devices seized upon arrest, be
produced by January 8, in
advance of a status conference
on March 31.
Now on May
13, Judge Caproni held another
conference, about when to
request a jury trial date.

that pre-trial disposition(s)
are expected. The AUSA said he
agreed.
