SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 5 – Michael Morgan is
charged with a firearms
trafficking conspiracy, and as
a felon in possession of
firearms.
On October
5 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Paul G. Gardephe held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The complaint
says Morgan a/k/a Jason
Anthony Smalls sold four and
ammo to an undercover law
enforcement officer on Marmion
Avenue in The Bronx on January
24, 2020.
Morgan is quoted
that he could get assault
rifles, pistols and grenades,
from Pennsylvania and
Michigan.
Judge
Gardephe asked about discovery
then set a next conference for
December 2 at 10 am.
