SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 25 – Christopher
Andrews pled guilty to
firearms charges in 2016. Then
he was charged with a number
of violations of supervised
release.
On January 25, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Analisa Torres held a VOSR
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The US Attorney's
Office put in a letter, with
redactions, asking for six
months imprisonment.
Judge Torres,
after hearing from the
parties, gave a time served
sentence, with another year of
supervised release.
The case is US v.
Andrews,16-cr-378
(Torres)
