SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 15 – Alphonse Trucchio was
sentenced to 121 months in
prison in 2012 for
racketeering. Now he is out on
supervised
release.
On December 15, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Judge Richard M. Berman held
one of his supervision
conferences, which he calls
evidentiary hearings. Inner
City Press covered it.
Two
separate Probation officers
were sworn in. The testimony
was that Trucchio is doing
well.
Judge Berman said
now the proceeding could be
spaced further apart, and set
the next one for April 27.
The case is US v.
Trucchio, 11-cr-12
(Berman)
