SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 23 – Herman Boss was out
on pre-trial release in a
multi-defendant bank- and
wire-fraud case. Then he was
arrested in Los Angeles on an
"alleged domestic violence
incident."
On April 23, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Denise L. Cote held a
bail hearing. Inner City Press
covered it.
The US
Attorney's Office detailed the
charges against Boss, while
his CJA attorney described
those willing to sign a
$100,000 bond.
Judge Cote denied
the request for release.
The case is
US v. Boss, 20-cr-179 (Cote)
