SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 17 – Employees have sued
United Restaurant Group and
its locations Hot Pot Central,
The Gentry and Shanghai
Cuisine, for underpayment.
On January
15, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge John G. Koeltl held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The parties say
settlement is unlikely. A
motion for summary judgment is
coming.
The case is Chin
et al v. United Restaurant
Group, Inc. et al.,
18-cv-10734 (Koeltl)
