SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 6 – Luis Polanco was
driving an Uber when it was
hit by a Ford owned by the US
Department of Labor on 12th
Avenue in Manhattan on March
6, 2017. It became a Federal
case.
On October 6 U.S. District
Court for the Southern

motion in limine).
The bench trial
is set to begin on October 13.
The case is
