SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 23 – Carol Brodie has sued
Amazon after she "purchased,
prepared and ingested certain
pasta substitutes." She bought
Better Than Pasta from Amazon,
online.
On
May 21, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Edgardo Ramos
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Brodie
says "the product is not
wholesome, is not healthy and
is unhealthy." Judge Ramos
pushed all discovery to May
13, 2022, with a case
management conference on that
day.
The case is
Brodie v. Green Spot Foods,
LLC et al., 20-cv-1178 (Ramos)
