SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 9 – Lucinda Cepeda sued
Johnson & Johnson about a
pelvic repair system now bound
up in Multi-District
Litigation.
On January 8,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Ronnie Abrams held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Abrams offered the services of
SDNY Magistrate Judge James L.
Cott, whom she praised.
She was told the
case is unlikely to settle,
given the MDL.
The case is
Cepeda v. Ethicon, Inc. et
al., 20-cv-8959 (Abrams)
