SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 19 – Andre Francis worked
as a Carman Helper for Amtrak
in the Sunnyside Yards in
Queens when while moving a
shampoo machine he felt a pop
in his
back.
On July
19, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge John P. Cronan held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Cronan
listened to the parties then
ordered that motions in limine
are due January 14, 2022, with
a final pre-trial conference
on February 7, 2022.
The case is
