SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 14 – Grace Elizabeth Harry
Cabe, a model, sued Revlon for
unauthorized use of her
image.
On November 12, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Alvin K. Hellerstein held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Revlon's
lawyer acknowledged that it is
plausible claim, but said that
Revlon would prevail.
Judge Hellerstein
said any amendment to the
pleading is due January 10,
with discovery due on June 23
and another conference on July
15, 2022.
The case is Harry
Cabe v. Revlon Consumer
Products Corporation et al.,
21-cv-6300 (Hellerstein)
