SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 18 – Smart Study
sued a slew of storefronts on
Wish and other platforms for
counterfeiting.
On
November 18, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge Jed
S. Rakoff held a damages
valuation proceeding. Inner
City Press covered it.
Judge
Rakoff, who has had a jury
deliberating in the MiMedx
case for three days, told the
parties he had another matter
in half an hour, and to focus.
And they did.
Smart
Study detailed lost sales on
Wish and elsewhere.
The case is Smart
Study Co., LTD. v. B+Baby
Store et al., 20-cv-7889
(Rakoff)
