SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 3 – Allianz Global
Corporate & Specialty SE
sued Kuehne Nagel, Inc. d/b/a
Blue Anchor America Line for
mis-delivery of a shipment of
pails, drums and totes of
liquid chemicals. The
complaint said there was
physical damage / temperature
abuse.
On November 3 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Sidney H. Stein held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Stein
said he hoped the parties
settle the case - but that if
they don't, the pace of
discovery will not be
leisurely.
He set a next
conference for December 22 at
10:15 am.
The case is
