SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 24 – CG3 Media owns an
online teleprompter
application called Speakflow.
It has sued to seeking a
determination that it does NOT
infringe on any patent,
specifically by Belleau
Technologies
LCC.
On August 24 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Mary K. Vyskocil held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
CG3 is
complaining that Belleau's
"personal threats and false
claims" against it and Corey
Griffin have placed a cloud
over its business.
Judge
Vyskocil said motions are due
by February 21, 2022.
The case is CG3
Media, LLC et al v. Belleau
Technologies, LLC, 21-cv-4607
