SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 15 – Irene Hecht
through counsel sued
IndieLee.com for having a
website allegedly not
accessible to visually
impaired people like
her.
On
November 13 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Gregory H. Woods held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Woods
had noted that the parties had
not filed their case
management plan. They then
did, eschewing mediation,
saying they are discussing
settlement.
On
November 13 there was talk of
a Rule 34 "inspection" of the
website, via Zoom.
The case is Hecht
v. DD Traders, Inc.,
20-cv-5852 (Woods)
