SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 10 – Feng Ho, a resident
of China, invested in 17 John
Street in lower Manhattan
through Prodigy Network, LLC,
then sued.
On January
8, U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Katherine Polk Failla
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
The
defendants did not show up.
Judge Failla asked how they
had been served, a certain
white shoe firm lawyer who
accepted the papers and had
PACER but did not show
up.
Judge Failla
granted default judgment of
$200,000 and asked that the
transcript be ordered.
The case is Hao
v. Prodigy Network, LLC et
al., 20-cv-7295 (Failla)
