of legal
fees.

for the Southern District of
New York Judge Paul G.
Gardephe held a proceeding.

status of any attempted to
settle. He said the case is
only for $146,000, and that
litigation would eat that up.
He stayed the
case 30 days to facilitate, if
possible, settlement.
