in The Bronx on June 4,
2020.
On November 12, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Alvin K. Hellerstein held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

was of sending it to the SDNY
mediation panel, a/k/a the
Section 1983 Plan.
The plan review
is due by February 22, 2022.
