SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 1 – Dr. Thomas Koestler
is owed $2.5 million by Martin
Shkreli but has yet to get the
money.
On July 1, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Alison J.
Nathan held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
There was
talk of Shkreli continuing to
run business from jail, paying
lawyers but not his
debts. Judge
Nathan said the request that a
receiver be appoined was
granted.
But who should it
be?
Judge Nathan
wants to parties to report and
propose in two weeks.
The case is
Koestler v. Shkreli,
16-cv-7175 (Nathan)
