SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 10 – A New York City
bus driver has sued FedEx
after its truck hit her bus.
On May 10, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge J. Paul Oetken
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
The bus
driver's lawyer complained
about the difficult of getting
records, the loopholes between
the MTA and the NYC Transit
Authority.
Judge Oetken
offered to sign a so-ordered
subpoena if one is sent to his
chambers.
The case is
Calcano-King v. Goulette, et
al., 21-cv-8059 (Oetken)
