SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 31 –
Roy Robinson has been
on Supervised Release. He has
been charged with Violations
of supervision, including
smoking marijuana which is
legal at the New York State
but not Federal level.
On March
30, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Analisa Torres held
the VOSR plea proceeding and
sentencing. Inner City Press

Robinson
admitted to Specification 1,
marijuana use and had three
other specifications
dismissed.
Judge Torres
sentenced him to time served
and the continuation of
supervision. The case is US v.
Robinson, 17-cr-00611 (Torres)
