SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 16 – WCA Holdings III
sued Panasonic Avionics for
failing to perform on its
objection to service its
Boeing 737-700 BBJ private
aircraft.
On November 16,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Gregory H. Woods held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
WCA
Holdings is the personal trust
of Dennis Washington, a
resident of Montana. One of
his complaints is the lack of
broadcast internet on his
private plane.
Panasonic,
now moving to dismiss, says
"what this action boils down
to is the Plaintiff's
perpetual desire to keep his
private jet outfitted with the
latest technology for an
in-flight entertainment
system." They have moved under
FRCP 12(b)(6).
The case is WCA
Holdings III, LLC v. Panasonic
Avionics Corporation,
20-cv-7472 (Woods)
