Feb 2 – Sean Johnson is on
Supervised Release and has
periodic review conferences,
now including a cousin.
On February
2, U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Richard M. Berman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
There had
been a previous conference on
May 11, 2021, at which
Johnson's attendance at the
TRI Center.
On
February 2, TRI Center was
reaffirmed. Johnson's cousin
spoke up about how the
government is dealing with
crack.
Judge Berman
remarked, You've said that
four times, but also invited
the cousin to speak at the
next conference.
