SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 2 – Robert Pruden and
Steven Sylvester are charged
with narcotics conspiracy and
guns, in connection with a
sale in Manhattan's West
Side.
On December 2, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Vernon S. Broderick held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The complaint
says Pruden sold 12 baggies of
crack for $100. Now the
talk was of discovery.
The next
conference was set for January
28 and Speedy Trial Act time
was excluded.
The case is
US v. Pruden et al., 21-cr-358
