trust - related to the Boar's
Head lunch meat brand - sued
J.P. Morgan Trust Company and
some
individuals.
On August 2, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John P. Cronan held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

The underlying
complaint, in the docket, is

On August 2,
Judge Cronan granted a stay as
to two of the individual
defendants, at least until
September 30.
