SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 27 -- Paulino Castillo
Martinez sued Pizza Park of
1233 First Avenue for not
being paid for non-tipped
duties.
On January
27 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Castillo says he
was being paid $10 an hour,
but for a full week he was not
paid.
Judge
Koeltl referred the case to
mediation - and allowed an
amended complaint to be filed
by February 12.
The case is
Castillo Martinez et al v.
Park Pizza, Inc. et al.,
20-cv-7986 (Koeltl)
