SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 3 – A car crash on the
Cross Bronx Expressway on July
21, 2016 gave rise to a state
case, now removed to Federal
court.
On July 2, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Alison J.
Nathan held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered it.
Judge Nathan
extended the time for
discovery to August 31, with
motions for summary judgment,
if any, due by September 30.
If none, a trial date will be
set.
The case is Brown
v. Richer-Guinard et al.,
