SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 4 – Diana Cardenas sued
Salsa Con Fuego Inc. for
unsolicited commercial
communications under the

On June 3,
U.S. District Court for the

Judge J. Paul Oetken held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
went and covered it.
Judge
Oetken asked about the case
and then referred it to the

He also entered a
case management plan under
which all depositions are to
be completed by September 15.
The case is

Inc. et al., 22-cv-1160
