SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 2 – Nelson Martinez was
convicted by a jury of crack

Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge Jed
S. Rakoff held an oral

They describe 155

five bathroom stalls, and
sharing phones and computers.
He has type II diabetes.
