SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 14 – Ruddy Sanchez was
charged with being a part of
an identity theft ring,
obtaining iPhones at others'
expenses. Then he
fled.
On January 14,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Ronnie Abrams held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The AUSA
said while there is already a
Pennsylvania warrant for
Sanchez' arrest, he would like
Judge Abrams to issue a bench
warrant.
Judge
Abrams asked if the defense
had any objection.
The answer was
that the lawyer had also been
blindsided by Sanchez' flight,
and had no objection. The
warrant is being signed.
The case is US v.
Sanchez, 18-cr-640 (Abrams)
