Sept 26 – Brandon Hong
sued NYC Corrections Officer
Aigle for pepper spraying him.
On
September 13, 2022, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Sarah L. Cave
held a discovery conference.
Inner City Press covered
it.
Judge Cave said
the October 1 discovery
deadline is approaching, but
there's still at least one
deposition to be done.
Then, on the
record, the lawyer for the
defense said "plaintiff was
essentially looking for like
$20,000."
The next
conference is September 29 at
4:30 pm.
The case is Hong
v. Aigle et al., 18-cv-8110
