SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 6 – Lynn Glass sued First
Rail Response of Port
Jefferson, New York, for
sexual harassment she says she
endured.
On June 4,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Denise L. Cote held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Cote
asked the plaintiff's lawyer
about the assault cause of
action. He hesitated then
said, He groped her breast.
According to the
complaint, the "he" is Edward
Herbst.
The case is Glass
v. First Rail Response et al.,
