SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 3 – Boris
Gerasimov sued Amalgamated
Housing Corporation for what
he's called three frivolous
election proceedings for
playing the piano in his
apartment.
On August 3, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John P. Cronan held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Gerasimov, after motion
practice, wanted to dismiss
the case without prejudice and
pursue it in Texas.
Judge Cronan
asked, Why should I let you do
that, after the work the
defendants have put in?
The case is
Gerasimov v. Amalgamated
Housing Corporation et al.,
21-cv-1760 (Cronan)
