SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 2 – Justin Maurice Nettles
was charged with robbing banks
on 125th Street in Harlem.
On
December 2, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Katherine Polk Failla held a
change of plea proceeding.

Nettles said he
had shown a gun to bank
teller(s) and taken money.
Yes, it was
FDIC insured and yes, Harlem
is in the SDNY for purposes of
venue.
On the
question of forfeiture,
$22,298 was arrived at. The
sentencing was set for March
2.
