SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 1 –
Angela Del Villar sued Hyatt
Hotel Times Square and Neil
Francois for sexual
harassment.
On June 1,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Jesse M. Furman held a
proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
The main
question was where now pro-se
defendant Neil Francois was.
He was not on the call. He is
due for a deposition on
Friday.
If he does
not show up, consequences will
begin to flow, Judge Furman
said.
There was some
discussion that perhaps
Francois couldn't appear
during 9-5 working hours. But
he'd have to communicate to
say that.
The case is Del
Villar v. Hyatt Hotels
Corporation et al.,
19-cv-10891 (Furman)
