SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 21 – Ontario Limited sued
Advacare Inc. for non-payment
for dental products, including
the SciCan Optim 33TB Wipes -
three million dollars
worth.
On
November 19, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Alvin K. Hellerstein held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Counsel in this
case seemed to be getting
along and working toward a
resolution. Fact discovery was
said to be due April 15.
One of the
lawyers cited good news in his
personal life. Judge
Hellerstein told them to file
a new case management plan,
and to pick their own new
dates.
The case is
Ontario Limited v. Advacare
Inc., 20-cv-10876
