SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 22 – Laverne Leonard lives
in a brownstone on 131st
Street in Manhattan and is
worried it will be foreclosed
on by lenders and/or servicers
who don't even own the loan,
including HSBC and Wells Fargo
as server.
On October 22 U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Lewis J. Liman held a
bankruptcy appeal proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
Judge Liman
asked where the property is,
and noted that he had a big
box of documents related to
the matter. He urged Ms.
Leonard to email his Chambers.
