Child SDNY Lawsuit Against Estate Says

SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 16 – C.Q. has sued David
Rockefeller's estate and five
relatives for being sexually
abused at seven years old in
employee housing provided by
Rockefeller.
On December 16, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Judge Vernon S. Broderick held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
C.Q.'s
mother was personal chef to
David Rockefeller at 180
Bedford Road, Sleepy Hollow,
New York, Potantico Hills.
Rockefeller's driver Luis De
Oliveira was allowed to sexual
abuse her. The case is brough
under the Child Victims
Act.
Judge
Broderick inquired into the
status including the mediation
conference now scheduled for
February 7, 2022.
