Nov 19 – Geller Biopharm, Inc.
sued Amunix Pharmaceuticals --
but wanted its complaint and
other documents
sealed.
On
August 4, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge John P. Cronan
held a proceeding. Inner City

Talk turned
to oral argument, whether in
person, by video or phone, and
when. Counsel to the plaintiff
said she has a trial before
Judge Woods on August 30, and
that she head from Judge Woods
the prior day about the mask
requirement expanding. (Inner
